The barrier was open when I drove out. Do I need to do something ?
Yes, it is always necessary to complete the transaction by presenting your Pcard or ticket at the car park exit terminal, even if the barrier is already open. This will ensure that you have paid for your parking and that you are allowed to leave the car park.
If you have any problems completing the transaction, please contact Interparking customer service on 02/549.54.10.
My Pcard does not work. What am I to do ?
If your Pcard does not work, this may be due to several factors.
Firstly, the credit card linked to the Pcard private may have expired or been declined. In this case, you will need to update it here. In case of a Private Plus or a Business, it can also be the case of an unpaid invoice.
Secondly, your card may have expired. When your card expires, your new card will be sent automatically to the address you have provided.
If you have changed your address, please update it here.
It is also possible that the problem is exceptional and is due to the car park itself. If the problem persists, please contact customer service via info@interparking.com.
Finally, if none of the above reasons apply, it is possible that your card is demagnetised. In this case, please contact our customer service via info@interparking.com to request a new Pcard.
I scanned my Pcard but the barrier does not open.
If you have scanned your Pcard at the car park entrance and the barrier does not open, there are several possible scenarios. If you have a subscription or a Pcard, you can press the help button to contact the Controlroom. A colleague will then ask you for your information and open the barrier remotely to allow you to enter the car park.
However, if after waiting no one answers, you will have to take a ticket to enter the car park and contact customer service later on 02/549.54.10 to report the problem and get a solution
How does the license plate recognition work ?
Plate recognition at Interparking works as follows: a camera at the barrier reads the number plate of the incoming vehicle and opens the barrier. This same camera will also read the plate at the exit barrier to allow the vehicle to leave the car park. Your parking time will be counted and automatically added to your Pcard.
The plate recognition is linked to a Pcard, but this does not mean that the Pcard can only be used with one vehicle. You only need to badge the Pcard at the entry and exit terminal to be able to use another vehicle. Please note that plate recognition is an additional service provided by Interparking. We therefore advise you to always have the associated Pcard in the vehicle in case it is not functional.
It is important to know that only one number plate can be linked to a Pcard and that the same number plate cannot be linked to several Pcards.
How to use a voucher ?
To use a One Hour or One Day voucher at Interparking, you must first enter the car park with a paper ticket. If plate recognition is activated, you must deactivate it via https://myaccount.interparking.be/en/vehicles or via the Pcard App so that the barrier does not open automatically.
Once you have entered the car park with your paper ticket, you can use your voucher. To do this, go to the pay desk at the end of the parking area and insert your entry ticket followed by the voucher.
Please note that there may be a balance to pay depending on the length of your parking and the length of time covered by your voucher.
Once you have paid, your ticket will come out of the cashier. You can then simply insert this ticket into the terminal at the exit barrier to leave the car park.
How can I access the parking as a pedestrian ?
To access the car parks on foot, you must use the external doors located at the edge of the car parks. To open these doors, you can use one of the following three methods:
Badge your Pcard, if you have one
Scan the barcode on your parking ticket
Insert the code from your parking ticket
If none of these methods work, there is an assistance button near each door. By pressing this button, you can contact the Controlroom, who can help you access the car park.
