The Botanique Saint-Jean car park is now the 48th hospital-related facility in our portfolio, offering direct access to Clinique Saint-Jean and its polyclinic from levels +1 and +4, ensuring seamless convenience for all users.

In line with our sustainability goals, the car park will soon be equipped with our "Lungs in the City" fine particle reduction systems. These upgrades are part of our broader effort to create a smarter, greener urban environment, ensuring cleaner air and improved infrastructure for the future.
