After termination, where can I return my key or subscription card?
When you terminate your subscription, contact the customer service department of the car park to find out where to turn in your key or card.
Are LPG cars allowed in the car parks?
Yes, but such cars are only allowed in outdoor car parks and in car parks that have above-ground levels.
Are your car parks under video surveillance?
Yes. Interparking car parks are kept under surveillance around the clock; however, the parking tariff covers parking services only. Interparking is not a depository, and so is not obliged in any way to guard or supervise the vehicles, nor is Interparking in any way responsible for the actions of third parties.
Can I park for free with my disabled parking card?
Interparking provides dedicated spaces for drivers with reduced mobility, those spaces must be paid for.
Do I need to reserve a place to use Interparking car parks?
Except when parking at Brussels Airport
(Holiday Parking P3, Reservation Zone, Lock Park,
VIP Premium and Discount Parking),
you will not need to reserve a place.
Do I need to turn in my car keys?
You will not need to turn in your car keys at any Interparking car parks in Belgium, unless you use our VIP car park at Brussels Airport
Do the car parks have staff on hand?
We have employees in our car parks who monitor from the car park's control room, but also make rounds around the premises.
Do you offer luggage trolleys in the Brussels Airport car park?
Yes, you will find luggage trolleys on each level of the Brussels Airport car park.
