If I have a subscription to a parking garage, will I be guaranteed access?
Yes, as a subscription holder in one of our car parks, we guarantee you a space in the car park in question. What's more, in most Interparking car parks, subscription holders also have 24-hour access.

Most of our car parks allow you to pick up your car 24 hours a day, but please check our description page for specific opening times.

What can I do if I have problems paying at the payment machine?
If you have any problems paying at the payment machine, use the intercom to contact one of our staff for assistance.
What do I do if my personal subscription card is damaged, lost or stolen?

What is the maximum vehicle height in your car parks?
You can find out the maximum height for vehicles for each car park by visiting the car parks description page on our website.
What notes can I use in the payment machines?
This will depend on the tariff for the service. However, we suggest payment by credit card if possible.
What should I do if I lose my ticket?
If you lose your ticket, use the intercom at the payment machine to reach the control room. The staff will be able to advise you on what to do. An extra cost will be charged for the lost ticket.
